You set where they sit. They set their own banding and goals from their page.
Their title, shown beside their name. An advisor's fills in from their banding when their manager sets it, and can be changed here or there, e.g. at the yearly review.
They sign in with this. Add it before you send their sign-in link.
For the production year.
Works once, for 7 days. Making another link cancels this one. Anyone who opens it can set this person's password, so send it to them directly.
You and your supervisors can see it. Leave out clients' personal details.
Works out their FYC with nett banding.
People log these on their page. Weekly points = how many of each activity × its points.
New points apply to activities entered from now on. Past weeks keep the points they were entered with. Removing an activity that's been used keeps its history and stops new entries.
FYC needed in the production year for each tier.
Choose the insurers' GR file (e.g. GR_Comm_5Oct26.xlsx) or the master rate file. You'll see what changes before anything is saved.
Read in this browser. Each insurer's tab gives its Year 1 rates for main plans; riders and top-ups are left out. Changed rates are updated and new ones added; rates the file doesn't list are kept unless you choose to remove them.
Changes apply to new cases straight away. Corrected names are kept when you upload the GR file again; the rate itself comes from the file.
Leave blank for "no rate listed".
Managers set each person's banding from this list. The nett banding works out their FYC and is never shown to them.
Changing a nett banding updates every advisor on it straight away, this year's FYC included.
An FSM's team GR goal, or an FSD's group GR goal, can't be below the minimum for their title.
Leave the minimum blank for a title with none. Renaming a title here doesn't change anyone's designation: update those in Edit setup.
Taken off the annualised premium of GST-registered products before GR is worked out.
Each GST case keeps the rate it was keyed in with, so a change applies to new cases only.
